After the antipasti we went back up to make the gnocchi, which was a real delight. Edi, Ugo and Alessandro were exceptional hosts and we even had a surprise visit from Pepe. It was something out of the children’s movie, Ratatouille as he was driving his moped he stopped us and said, “you here for cooking class, follow me” as he sped away. The class was great, the gentlemen were both entertaining and educating. It is hands on as everyone has a part in making what became lunch. The food was delicious and they kept the wine flowing.
