Franco was very funny and gave great recommendations for restaurants and shops for during our free time in Como, Bellagio and Lugano. Franco was very interesting to listen to and was clearly passionate and enjoyed his job, all while speaking in English, Spanish and Italian. I was a solo female traveller and felt extremely safe and comfortable which was very refreshing. The meeting point for the bus pick up and drop off in Milan was very easy to find and easy to grab a taxi to/from.Read more”
